It has a first floor with kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with two single beds and a second floor which is accessed by climbing some stairs (15 steps) to find a bedroom with double bed and a great private terrace for exclusive use for guests You have to climb stairs to access the top of the duplex

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Respect the rest of the neighbours

- DON´T leave lights and air conditioning/heating on when you are not in the apartment or when you leave on the last day.

- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed

- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of us can receive you in the flat, at the agreed time we will receive you, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work.

- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 AND UNTIL 00.00H to be paid in cash on delivery of the keys. AFTER 00.00H THE CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK IN IS 30€ AND AVAILABILITY MUST BE CONSULTED.
