Located on the iconic Argote de Molina Street, this beautiful and authentic Sevillian house is right in the historic center, in one of the oldest and most traditional areas of Seville. It is one of the few full private houses still preserved in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.

Though compact in layout, the house is distributed across 4 floors, connected by internal stairs:

The ground floor features a cozy living room, a small guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and another with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), both with access to a shared full bathroom.

The second floor has a third bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and another single bedroom, plus a second independent full bathroom.

On the top floor, there’s a small additional room with a daybed that can be used as a single bed, and access to a beautiful private terrace furnished with garden furniture.

The location is unbeatable: just a few meters from the Cathedral, on one of the most picturesque streets in Santa Cruz, which winds behind the Cathedral into the heart of the historic Jewish Quarter.

The area is full of traditional tapas bars, renowned local restaurants, supermarkets, flamenco venues, craft shops, and more.
