This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building. It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area.

It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays.

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The location is excellent: on a pedestrian street that is lively during the day but quiet at night. Just steps away, you’ll find tapas bars, traditional restaurants, branded shops, and local stores. Major attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, Plaza Nueva, and the City Hall are all within walking distance.
