This wonderful apartment, inaugurated on March 30th 2015, is located in the middle of the old quarter of the Andalusian capital, in the Arenal neighborhood. It is a very privilege zone because the Cathedral and the Giralda as well as the Reales Alcázares are a few meters away. The place is ideal to go for a walk through the Sevillian streets so full of art and tradition.

The entire apartment is accessible for disabled people and it is very light and spacious thanks to the four meters high ceilings and the large windows. It has two double bedrooms where there are two single bedrooms and two totally equipped bathrooms with shower. The living room has a sofa bed and the separate kitchen has all the electrical appliances and essential utensils to enjoy a very comfortable stay and it also has a dining area with a table which hosts up to six people. It is built with high quality materials and it has air conditioner in every single room.
