This modern and newly renovated apartment, located on the second floor of a building with elevator, enjoys plenty of sun light in all rooms.

It has a sofisticated living room, furnished with high quality standars, with sofa bed of 1.40*1.90 m. The kitchen, modern and design, is integrated into the living room and equipped with everything our guests may need. The independent bathroom, spacious and with a very comfortable shower can be accessed from the hallway, an following it, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and the other with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 m each.

The area where the apartment is located is possibly the best in the city, the Arenal Quarter, very close to the Maestranza Bullring, the Golden Tower, and as well as the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias, everything just a few minutes walking. Velarde street is very quiet, but in the surroundings there are some of the best restaurants and tapas bars in the city where our guests can enjoy the Sevillian cuisine, as well as supermarkets and small shops.
