The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful house located on Abades street. It has an elevator which has access to the entrance of the apartment.

Access to the apartment is through a hall which leads to a beautiful fully furnished and decorated spacious living room, it has modern style with classic touches, and at the same time elegant. On the other side is located the modern and fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the furnished private terrace. The terrace is large, spacious and furnished with garden furniture and it also has an hasaccess from the living room and one of the bedrooms.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other with two singles beds (each 1.05 x 2.00m). It also has two bathrooms, one of them is an en suite bathroom and the other has independent access.

The apartment is located on Abades street, in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood, a few meters from the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace, the Giralda tower, etc. It is the oldest and most historical area of Seville, mostly with pedestrian streets and surrounded by old churches, palaces, monuments, etc.

In the area there is a grocery store and all kinds of stores, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine.
