Continuing down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 200 cm, a spacious wardrobe, two balconies overlooking the street, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm, a large wardrobe, and also has a balcony with street views. Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom of the accommodation.

Going up the stairs, you will find the third bedroom of the stay, consisting of two single beds of 90cm and a large coat rack.

Ascending the building's stairs, guests will arrive at the apartment's private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for their enjoyment.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
