This exclusive apartment is located in a historic building that has been completely renovated without losing part of its essence. It is located on Calle Santa Patrona a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda and Torre del Oro.

Upon entering the apartment, we find on the right the kitchen open to the living room with all the necessary equipment for its use. The living room - dining room in front of the kitchen, furnished to detail, with a sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table, side table and reading chair that will make your stay cozy and pleasant. To the left of the kitchen is a long corridor with a beautiful stone wall and to the right is the master bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 meters), a wardrobe and a beautiful bay window. At the end of the corridor we can find a large bathroom with a shower.

The area of the apartment is magnificent and quiet, walking we can reach all the main monuments of the city in a few minutes. In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars of the city and small and large shops.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
