Continuing down the corridor, you arrive at the spacious and modern living-dining room, furnished with high-quality pieces and attention to detail. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two armchairs, and a dining table. It offers spectacular views of the Cathedral and the Giralda, yet remains completely quiet despite its central location.

The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is modern, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

From the living room, another hallway leads to the second full bathroom with shower and the second bedroom, which features two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2 m.
