The surroundings of the studio are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the studio there are small traditional bars where you can taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda ..., everything is within walking distance.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
