This great apartment, newly renovated and furnished, has everything our guests may need to enjoy an ideal stay, both for its magnificent location and for the comfort offered by all its rooms.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another two with 2 single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 m each, one of them with a full bathroom with shower en suite. The other complete bathroom also with shower, is independent. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is separated from the living room but without a door that divides the spaces, and from it there is an access the living room, with sofa bed, and separate living and dining area, with lots of light and overlooking to a very quiet street .

The apartment has an unbeatable location in Seville, since it’s only few meters away from the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace, or the Giralda. In addition, being located in the district of Arenal, there are many tapas bars and restaurants around where it’s easy to enjoy the best sevillian gastronomy, and also, in the surrondings there are supermarkets, small shops, and a traditional market where our guests can buy fresh products for cooking.
