Upon entering, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall that connects the various rooms. To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing on, you enter a bright and spacious living room with three balconies offering privileged views of the historic Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to the University of Seville. The living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a side table, and a Smart TV, and includes a dining area for eight people, connected to the kitchen through a large modern door.

The first bedroom, located next to the living room, features a 2 x 2 meter double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and a balcony overlooking Calle San Fernando.
