This great villa is perfect if you are in search of peace and privacy since the exterior area invites you to relax thanks to the beautiful garden with a private salt pool that boasts amazing views. The pool sizes are 7 x 3 meters and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 meters. I offer an area with sun loungers around and a pretty chill-out area. The porch is behind the house and it’s where you’ll enjoy the best breakfast.

The two-story house greets you with a spacious living room featuring a TV and air conditioning. Adjacent is a traditional Majorcan kitchen, fully equipped with a gas hob and all the essentials for cooking and dining. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the main floor, you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe—one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Upstairs, there is an additional bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with a double bed. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and a cot and highchair are available upon request.


Sineu, located just 500 meters away, is a charming and peaceful town in the heart of Mallorca. It is known for its traditional Wednesday street market and a variety of restaurants, particularly the authentic Mallorcan "cellars." The nearest beach, Can Picafort, is about 22.7 km from the property, and the closest golf course, Son Gual, is approximately 29.2 km away.
