This charming holiday home is the perfect retreat for couples or small families up to 3 people looking to escape the urban bustle and immerse themselves in the tranquility of Mallorcan nature, close to Sineu.

The villa is about 2 km from the village of Sineu, where you will find stores, restaurants and the famous street market, which takes place every Wednesday. The northern beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, both with fine sand and perfect for families, are about 20 km from the house. Further east is Cala Millor and the Caves of Drach. The next golf course, Golf Park Puntiró Mallorca, is about 25 km away. A car is necessary and can be parked comfortably on the estate itself outside.

Outside, an oasis awaits with a private chlorine pool of generous dimensions, 8x4 meters and a depth between 0.4 and 2 meters, where you can cool off and relax under the Mediterranean sun. A large terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors, equipped with four comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing, a barbecue to enjoy tasty barbecues, and a cozy chill-out area with an outdoor sofa where you can contemplate the spectacular starry sky at night. In addition, you can savor fresh fruits directly from the fruit trees in the garden and refresh yourself under the outdoor shower after a day of adventures.

As for the interiors, the house offers a cozy and functional atmosphere. The living-dining room with kitchenette is the ideal space to gather and share unforgettable moments, equipped with a wood stove for cooler evenings, TV with satellite channels for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and gas oven to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

The house has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with closets to store your belongings. The full bathroom, equipped with shower and hairdryer, guarantees comfort and functionality during your stay. There's air conditoining in the living room and in the hallway of the bedrooms, so both bedrooms are cool when leaving the door open.

In addition, upon request, a crib and high chair are available for the little ones. For added convenience, the villa offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ensuring that you have everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
