Beautiful new 400 sqm built villa with private pool and mountain views. set at the small hill of Els Cards neighborhood, 5min drive (3km) from Sitges sandy beach, and the city center.
This 7 bedrooms new modern house with capacity for 14 people is distributed over 3 floors with 2 entrances at the ground and lower level of the villa.
The ground floor:
Air-conditioner Living room facing the large swimming pool and garden, 55” curve TV with Netflix that could face the outside, fully equipped modern kitchen with a bar table, dining table for 12-14 persons and toilets. On the backside of the ground floor you will find a large Air-conditioned bedroom with king-size 160x200cm bed and en-suite bathroom. The room has access to a private balcony with a seating area and a large window facing the back garden.
The first floor:
there are three other bedrooms with beautiful views, one is a master air-conditioner bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King size 160x200cm bed, Tv with Netflix, private balcony with seating area facing the pool. Double Bunkbed bedroom with a fan and access to a huge balcony facing the mountains of Garraf and Sitges. One more single room with a fan and a single bed that can open to one more single so two kids can stay. They both share a bathroom.
The lower level:
There are three double bedrooms with fans, The bigger one has a TV connected to Netflix and an exit to the back garden other double bedroom has an exit to the back garden as well and the third double has a side window. They all share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fun part of the lower level is the two playrooms, one for kids with a large seating area and access door direct to the back garden and one for adults with amazing features like high-quality Pool table, Home cinema with a huge screen and Bose sound system, Wine cooler, Fridge, Bar ( we will leave 4-5 different bottles as a welcome pack ).
Our house is perfect for a family holiday, it can easily accommodate 3 families and still have plenty of privacy. (more bed arrangements on request)
