Penthouse Los Condes Our Los Condes penthouse has 90 m2 of spectacular terrace with sea views .

For those who enjoy a quiet break after the beach, to recharge their batteries and go out for dinner, this is the ideal place.

The Los Molins neighbourhood is one of the quietest areas of Sitges. It is residential, with all the houses and private buildings making for a very peaceful neighbourhood. The Carrefour supermarket and the Condis are a 5-minute walk away.

Sitges train station, Balmins beach and San Sebastián are a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

The penthouse is on the third floor with an elevator.

There is also an optional private covered parking (need to be requested) waiting for your car.

You leave your car in your parking space, take the elevator to the third floor and open the doors to heaven. The fresh air and light coming in through the terrace is the highlight of our beautiful penthouse.

We enter the living-dining room, which has a work area set apart from the rest, ideal for those who combine vacation with work. The living room is very spacious, cozy and delightfully decorated with a perfectly padded sofa.

The living room is integrated with the kitchen and dining room with large windows leading to the spectacular terrace.

The kitchen is very comfortable and fully equipped, it has beautiful mountain views and access to a rear balcony with a washing machine, perfect for hanging clothes and towels after the beach.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a stereo, a DVD player and a dining table with chairs. It is a very functional and practical space.

We return to the terrace, which is the star of the show. It has 90 m2 and is equipped with a large table, chairs, and several hammocks to enjoy the sun all day long. There are also independent electric awnings to provide shade in some parts of the terrace.

The main bedroom has a double bed of 1.60x2 mt. It also has access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a bed of 1.20x2 mt. and access to another rear balcony. This bed is ideal for those who need to sleep with more space, or for 2 small children sharing the bed.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the one in the living room is usually enough to cool the entire apartment.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and has a window to the outside.

Parking costs an extra 10€/day, payable upon check-in.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 [hidden], there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
