Villa Nirvana (5min from the beach) is a spectacular colonial-style villa located just 2 blocks from the Sitges seafront in the Vinyet area, one of the most exclusive areas of Sitges. Upon entering the house we find a wonderful and spacious garden where you can hold family gatherings and enjoy whole days under the sun. It has a fantastic swimming pool where children and adults will have a great time. It also has a large barbecue area and a table for eating outdoors. The house is spread over 2 floors, 2 double rooms en suite for privacy, 2 triple rooms en suite and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. In total there are 5 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms have windows overlooking the garden and are very comfortable. It is an ideal house for guests with reduced mobility as on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet and access to the garden without steps or obstacles. The kitchen is very spacious, comfortable and modern and fully equipped to prepare any meal. It is an ideal place to cook with a group thanks to the island in the middle and its great width. The dining room is a fantastic and comfortable place to relax after a long day at the pool. It has large windows with access to the porch and the garden. The villa is ideal for groups who want to enjoy a holiday in an area close to the sea and just a few minutes walk from the town of Sitges.
