standard rental rate covers all essentials for a fantastic stay. However, if
you would like to add any extra services, here are the details of the
additional costs:

1. Payments:

* A 3% commission will be applied for payments made via credit card.
* No additional charge for payments made via bank transfer. 2. Cleaning Costs:

* Final cleaning cost of €325 at the end of the stay.
* Mid-Stay Cleaning mandatory for stays longer than one week: €90 (2 people /
2 hours). 3. Tourist Tax:

* €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days of stay. 4. Other Expenses:

* Utilities (gas, electricity, and water) for monthly stays: €800.
* Heating and electricity mandatory from November to April: €300. 5. Heated
Pool Option (25-30°C):

* Weekly Option: €350 per week (200€ base price + 100€ for electricity
consumption based on actual usage).
* Monthly Option: €1000 per month (600€ base price + 400€ for electricity
consumption based on actual usage). 6. Late Check-in Fees:

* From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 surcharge.
* After 24:00: €70 surcharge. 7. Pet Supplement:

* Price starts from 100€ per dog (please contact us first for more details).
8. Security Deposit:

* A refundable security deposit of €800 is required, to be returned within 7
days after check-out.
