The farmhouse has been fully restored over the past year, preserving its
rustic soul and traditional architecture: wooden beam ceilings, natural stone
walls, travertine floors, and spacious areas fill every corner with character
and history. The work is in its final phase, with completion expected on July
15, 2025 — from that date, we will begin welcoming our first guests.

At Weekly Villas, we want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises. Below we
clearly explain the available fees and options so you only pay what’s fair:

Cleaning costs:
Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €460
2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): €100 + Final cleaning: €460
3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each + Final cleaning: €460

Tourist tax:
€1 per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of stay

Low season (October to April):
Heating: €300 / week
Additional supplement from the 9th guest: €20 per person/day

Monthly stays:
Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €1,200 (based on actual consumption)
Pets: €100 per week
Heated pool: €250 per week

🕗 Late check-in:
From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 supplement
After 24:00: €70 supplement

💼 Security deposit:
For damages: €2,000
