Overlooking Puerto de Sóller, this stylish apartment with balcony is just perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.

The bright apartment is literally between the sea and the mountains, in the Tramuntana mountains. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It features a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, where 2 kids can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro hob and it is open to the living-dining area. The bathroom counts with a shower and a washing machine. There’s air conditioning in the living area and in the bedrooms. A cot is available upon request.

Puerto de Sóller is in the West of Majorca and nestles in the Tramuntana mountains. The surroundings are wonderful for outdoor activities like cycling or hiking. Puerto de Sóller counts with a sand beach, but it is absolutely recommendable to visit the lovely calitas of the Tramuntana like Cala Deià or Llucalcari. A classic half-day trip is going on the panoramic train from Palma de Mallorca to Sóller. Please keep into account that there are some stairs to access the apartment.

From midst of December 2024 to March 2025, renovation works will be carried out on the façade, which does not affect the apartment itself. Resting hours will be respected.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. From May to October, it is 2.2 Eur per adult and night and reduces by half from the 9th night. During the low season, from November to April, it is 0.55 Eur per adult and night. Payment is required before arrival.

The damage will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
