This beautiful apartment with views of Puerto de and balcony is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

The bright apartment is located between the sea and the mountains in the Sierra de Tramuntana, one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It is situated on the third floor without a lift. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds, ideal for 2 children. The open-plan kitchen leading to the living-dining room is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. A cot is available upon request.

Port of Sóller is located in the west of Mallorca, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or climbing. In addition to being able to enjoy the sandy beach of Puerto de Sóller, there are numerous small coves in the Sierra, [hidden] Cala Deià or Llucalcari. A classic route is to take the historic train from Palma to Sóller. Please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment.

Important information:

From February 2026 onwards, on the street where the **Es Niu** apartment is located, traffic control cameras have been activated because the area has been declared an **ACIRE**.

A **ACIRE zone** (Restricted Circulation Area) is an area of the municipality in which vehicle access is limited and regulated.
Installed cameras control number plates to verify that accessing vehicles are authorised, with sanctions being possible in the contrary case.

Currently, the streets declared as ACIRE are as follows:

* Apollonia
* Mallorca Street

It is recommended that visitors, before accessing by vehicle, check the affected streets and use the parking areas provided outside the restricted area.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over.
