Enchanting Majorcan house with private pool in Sóller, amid the Tramuntana Mountains, and with a capacity for 6 people.

During the summer, you can refresh yourself in the 5m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. It is surrounded by an artificial lawn area and four loungers where to bask in the sun. Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with friends and family! The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The rooms are distributed over two floors, including a nice sitting dining area with satellite TV and fireplace as well as a kitchen with a gas stove on the ground floor. Rustic furniture blends with modern equipment and we can still see the antique wooden beams. There's also a double bedroom with a closet and a shower bath on the ground floor. A game room, two more bedrooms with a double bed, and a shower bath are on the first floor. One of these bedrooms comes with a wardrobe and all have A/C (mind that one air conditioning unit is mobile). If necessary, we supply a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, there's a laundry with a washer, iron, and ironing board.

Sóller is a charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Sóller you can take the historical train and go to Palma de Mallorca - a wonderful journey passing green valleys, mountains, and picturesque villages. Hiking enthusiasts find beautiful paths nearby, eg from Biniaraix to Cúber. The area is also ideal for cycling. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is offered for a cultural visit and stands out for La Seu Cathedral and Bellver Castle. In Sóller and Puerto de Sóller, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and all the needed amenities for an independent stay. The next sand beach is in Puerto de Sóller.
