The Ses Arcades 10 apartment is located in a complex of 15 apartments with a shared pool and garden. The apartment currently consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is distributed over four levels. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style counter. It has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Table for four people.

The ground floor has a living room with 2 sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi for guests and a large window with access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture including a sun awning for shade. The terrace has a sea view and a view of the communal pool with private access to the common areas.

On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with a single bed each and on the upper floor you will find the double bedroom and the bathroom.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, but has fans in the bedrooms.
