The villa is located very close to the beach and offers a fantastic view of the peninsula of Formentor.
The interior is equipped with the highest quality materials and uniquely designed furniture. The house offers a living area of 300 m², distributed over three floors. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and four bathrooms. There is also an office, a large gymnasium and a garage.
Outside, you will find a dining area, swimming pool and barbecue area.

In the living room there is a large leather sofa with chaise longue. The TV can be rotated 360º, and you can even see it from the outside sitting area. In the elegant dining room you have a wonderful view of the sea.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances. These include, in addition to the traditional appliances, a dishwasher and a wine refrigerator.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one of them en-suite. The double bed in the first bedroom has a solid and noble oak headboard. The second bedroom offers a spectacular view of the sea. It also has its own dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with 2 hydro-massage showers.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a large TV and a surround sound system.
From the basement you can reach the garage and the service room with washing machine and dryer.
