The elegant dining room offers a wonderful sea view and is integrated with an open kitchen presided over by a large, wide and functional island, fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher and wine fridge.
On the same floor is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive Philippe Starck pieces. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two more bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first bedroom has a double bed and a solid oak wood headboard. The second bedroom surprises with a spectacular sea view, as well as a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped gym, with a large television and surround sound system. From the basement, you can access the garage and the service room with washing machine.
