Welcome to this modern beach house in Son Serra de Marina, where 2-6 guests will find a quiet holiday home in the north of Majorca.

Son Serra de Marina is a small little fishermen’s town in the north coast of Majorca, perfect for bach holidays. There is a small grocery shop, a pharmacy, bars as well as restaurants in the village. The beach is nice for water sports, diving or spending a day with friends and family. In Can Picafort, 10 km from Son Serra, you’ll find more services, supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. A car is recommendable.

The furnished terrace is the favorite spot of our guests; perfect for a large breakfast or a gin-tonic in the evening. Guests will find 2 sun loungers in the garden (with synthetic grass). The terrace gives access to the living-dining room with satellite-TV and open kitchen with vitro hob and dishwasher. You can choose between 3 bedrooms with a double bed and ceiling fan each. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bath with bathtub and hairdryer. The house provides you with another bath with bathtub. At the basement, you will find a 50m2 sized hall with washing machine, toilet and iron.

To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
