Impressive modern house for 6 people, with private pool, located near the sea in Son Serra de Marina.
Any plan is the best one in this dream-like design two-storey house. Imagine yourselves enjoying the waves of the sea - which is only a few steps away- any moment of the day, or swimming in the beautiful chlorine pool in the terrace. It sizes 5 x 3 metres and its water depth ranges between 1 and 1.5 metres. There are 2 daybeds (within the same structure) by the pool, ideal to bask in the sun or to enjoy a good reading under the umbrella. On the other side of the house you find a great exterior table where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with your family or friends while admiring the beautiful views to the sea. You will also find an exterior shower.

The house comprises three floors. The ground or main floor offers a spacious living - dining room where you can relax while watching the TV-Sat or enjoying your delicious [hidden] kitchen is behind a large window and seems to be coming from a design magazine. It features a ceramic top and all you need to cook during your vacation. Next, you find a bedroom and a shower bathroom that complete this level. One the first floor you will find a working area, a second bathroom with a tub in this case, and two more bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite shower bathroom. The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a closet. If you are travelling with your babies, we can provide up to 2 cots and high chairs. The level beneath the main floor will be the shelter of those who love exercising because there is a small gym as well as two bicycles available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The whole house is equipped with ducted air-con.

The location is perfect since its is in a quiet and family residential and coastal area. You will be able to admire the sea from the house which is about 200 metres away. At the end of the urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants near the sea shore. Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia are livelier areas with bars, all kinds of restaurants, shops, cafes, ice-cream parlours and much more.

There are several TV-sets in the house but only the one in the living features satellite channels.
