This charming holiday home in Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place for a family getaway or a trip with friends, accommodating up to 10 guests.

The property features a spacious furnished terrace, including an outdoor shower, a gas barbecue, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to enjoy the beautiful weather and al fresco meals.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living-dining room divided into two areas, where you can relax in front of the television or connect to the internet thanks to the Wi-Fi available throughout the house. The layout includes four double bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other three each with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes for your convenience. The fifth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed and access to a private balcony with sea views, making it the perfect spot to rest after a day at the beach.

The house has three bathrooms: two with a bathtub and hairdryer, and one with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishes, a large refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a microwave, providing everything you need to prepare your meals.

The location of the house is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, as it is just a few meters from the natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The El Sol Sunshine Bar restaurant offers a relaxing spot for lunch or dinner. In the village, there is a small grocery store and good restaurants. For more services such as petrol stations and supermarkets, you will need to drive a short distance to Can Picafort, about 10 minutes driving.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax, called the Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is €2.20 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season. During high season, from the ninth night onward, the amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa must be paid on site.
