The villa La Torreta is located in Aigua Gelida, 500 meters from the beach of Tamariu, in a very quiet area. The private pool of 4x9 meters is surrounded by a large terrace. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room with fireplace and satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is also a courtesy toilet. In the large garage there is the washing machine. By the spiral staircase you reach the first floor, in the tower, where there are the 4 bedrooms (one twin, one double room, a single room and a room with bunker bed). There is a bathroom and other shower room. On the floor above we reach a large terrace. It is important to underline the very good location of the property.
