Villa located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida, just 500 meters from the
cove and 1.5 km from the beach of Tamariu. Quiet place surrounded by pine
trees, with a magnificent ocean view. The house is distributed over three
floors andthe garden with private pool 10x5m. On the top floor there is a
double bedroom with wonderful sea views and a private bathroom. On the main
floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room
- dining room with terrace and sea view. Fully equipped kitchen with access to
a side terrace that gives access to a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom
with shower. The lower floor has one bedroom with sofa bed and a private
bathroom. On this same floor there is a fully equipped summer kitchen and a
spacious living-dining room (with a sofa bed) with exit to the pool and garden.
