Semi-detached house in Mediterranean style with shared pool, located about 2 km
from the Tamariu beach. Below the pool there are stairs that allow access to
the sea (approximately 200 stairs). The entrance into the house is through the
second floor, where we find a hall, two bedrooms with bunk beds, two bathrooms
with shower, kitchen fully equiped (with dishwasher and microwave) and dining
area with access to a large terrace with sea views. Upstairs there is a living
room with fireplace and access to a large terrace with fantastic sea views.
From entrance level we go down to the first floor where we find one bedroom
with two beds and one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with a bathroom
with bath and a fantastic sea view. On the same floor there is a laundry area
with washer machine and dryer. From this level there is an access to a lower
level garden, where there is a double bedroom with a toilet. Capacity 8-10
