Villa of 120m² for 8 people located in the residential area “Aigua Gelida” in Tamariu (Costa Brava). It is located in a quiet place surrounded by pine trees and offers a small view of the sea. It is built on two floors that communicate through an internal staircase. This accommodation includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, as well as a living/dining room with satellite television with more than 50 international channels. From the living room, there is access to a covered terrace equipped with furniture for dining outside, while enjoying the small sea view. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and access to a terrace, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, a WC, a bathroom and a shower room. The villa has a very beautiful private infinity pool, with a beautiful and large open terrace around it to relax in the sun. Near the swimming pool, there is a covered area with television, barbecue, furniture, kitchen including a fridge, hob and dishwasher, perfect for meals outside. There is no parking, however the street leading to the house is dead end, so there is little traffic. The village of Tamariu and its sandy beach are 1.4 km away. The beautiful cove “Aigua Gelida” is only 750 meters away. Palafrugell is 5.9 km away.
