The apartment, located on the beachfront of Playa de Los Lances, is equipped for 4 people.
In the main living area we will find a small hallway, leading to the kitchen (open plan), fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and kitchen utensils, and the living room which has modern furniture, a large sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs.
To the right we have the second of the bathrooms equipped with a bathtub (the first is at the beginning of the hallway and has a shower tray), and the 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 single beds and a wardrobe and the second with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms have heating plates.
However, the best thing about this apartment is undoubtedly the private garden it has. It is perfect for families with children or for washing windsurfing or kite equipment. It has side views of the beach and a small portable barbecue. It also has a separate exit to the outside, so you can go from the beach to the garden without having to enter the apartment.
The development, with a privileged location, has landscaped areas and a seasonal swimming pool (open from 15th June to 15th September)

In the area you will find beach bars, cafes and [hidden] in 10-15 minutes walking you will be in the historic centre of Tarifa.

This is undoubtedly a perfect apartment for families and sportspeople.
