The property is located 20 meters from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, in front of Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.

The location is excellent, because along the promenade you can reach the Old Town in 10 minutes on foot and it doesn't have the typical summer stress.

It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One 150 cm and the other 135 cm. A bathroom with a shower tray with a screen, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and iron.

It has 2 terraces, on one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric water heater. From this terrace we can see a piece of beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kiting or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very large, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue.

The apartment has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the apartment.
