PEROGIL SUITES is a small selection of self-contained, private bedroom suites housed within a large, modern villa close to Tavira Town. The “Girassol” Suite is a ground floor position and enjoys a private garden patio with unlimited pool access. A comfortable stay is assured with modern interior, ensuite bathroom and a small range of kitchen appliances perfect for breakfasts and BBQs. Within a 20-mins walk, you will find restaurants, artisan shops and the boat to the stunning Tavira Beach Island
INTERIOR:
The "Girassol" Suite , whilst compact in design, offers a room and amenities perfect for couples who are seeking peaceful respite in simple, yet pleasant surroundings. The room is cosy, with a king size bed, a generously sized shower room, as well as a range of kitchen items perfect for small snacks and continental breakfasts. Kitchenette features and appliances include: -

- Gas BBQ private to the Unit.
The room is also adorned with 2 comfortable armchairs to relax in, or for watching the wall mounted TV, with its selection of international channels. Internet access is also included.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
The Suite has a South facing aspect and the gardens have sunshine for most of the day with an overall setting that is peaceful and tranquil. The sparkling, blue pool has dimensions of 8m x 4.5m and a deep end of 1.85m, flanked with white-washed pebbles and poolside decking where you can relax and sunbathe all day. Various parts of the garden offer shade for those who prefer to seeks respite from the heat! For your added enjoyment, each Suite has its own Gas BBQ, ideal for cooking lazy lunches or simple al fresco suppers.
EXTRA NOTES:
Whilst the pool is communal and shared, the maximum capacity of the Perogil Suites is 6 guests at any one time. Guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are no steps to enter the Girassol Suite and parking is available directly outside the villa gates, without a charge.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
