INTERIOR
Cot family apartment situated in the popular holiday resort of "Golden Clube", perfectly located on the edge of the quaint fishing village of Cabanas. The ground floor, one level accommodation rests in a slightly elevated position, which makes the outside balcony a very pleasant al-fresco dining spot. Nestled amongst attractive gardens with pretty flowers and shrubs, the accommodation is in the center of the resort but has a peaceful ambience all the same!
The open plan interior is fresh and bright with a large indoor dining table, a comfy sofa, and an equipped kitchenette, with cooking and washing facilities. The sleeping space consists of a king-size bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, an area with bunk beds for kids and a convertible sofa bed suitable for 1 extra guest. The apartment also has a second bathroom for sharing.

All other sports facilities, restaurants and entertainments are not included and will incur a daily rate.
ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and all interior features and appliances are available for use. The apartment is on the ground floor without steps to access. Free parking is available within the grounds of the resort.

1. A Warm Welcome - We can assist with airport transfers, a shopping service and food to order. Plus a personal check-in from one of our Guest Service Managers (subject to arrival times). Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.
2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations
3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.
4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
