On entering the apartment, you are immediately welcome by the colourful and tasteful interior. The bright and cheerful open plan lounge diner has an attractive wooden dining table with 4 matching rattan chairs and a comfy sofa which converts to a bed for extra guests. The lounge opens its arms out to the balcony and its superb ocean views creating the perfect spot for a sunshine breakfast or a warm al fresco supper. The kitchen is perfect for home catering, and is well applianced including a gas stove, small oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Tucked neatly away at the rear of the apartment, the main bedroom with a king size rattan bed is a super comfy space accompanied by an adjoining shower room with a cute green décor.
PLEASE NOTE: The advertised rates are for 3 persons, 2 extra guests can be accommodated to a maximum of 5, charged at an extra 10€ per person, per night. There is 1 king size bed for a couple and for the extra guests - 1 double sofa bed and 1 extra IKEA bed for are provided.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
For your leisure enjoyment, the communal pool is a simple 1 minute walk where the facilities are well-tended and include sunbeds, garden space and a snack bar. The adjoining tennis court can also be hired for small charge, creating an ideal day of activities for children and adults alike! The trip into town is a short car ride, or a 20-minute walk, where you will find all the delights that Tavira town and its gorgeous beach island have to offer.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on the second floor but is without elevator. Car parking is on-street, with no charge.

• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
