The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine and leads into beautifully furnished living areas that comprise an open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable seating and a large TV featuring national and international channels. Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
