The apartment boasts two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double and a single bed, both with fitted wardrobes. The shared family bathroom comes equipped with a bath and overhead shower. The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine and leads into beautifully furnished living areas that comprise an open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable seating and a large TV featuring national and international channels. IN the afternoon, unwind on the sunny balcony located in the front of the apartment, with its sofas and coffee table providing the perfect spot for relaxation, or take a refreshing dip in the residents' pool.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to make a meet and greet service.

2. Important Information - We will send a welcome email before you arrive, and in your accommodation, you will find a huge holiday guide packed with local recommendations

3. A 24-Hour Helpline - The Smartavillas Team is always on duty if you need assistance.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.

• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,

• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
