The spacious interior décor is bright, with full-length lounge windows that melt into a shaded poolside dining patio, complemented by a traditional BBQ nestled under a floral pergola, large lawns, and the sparkling swimming pool edged with pretty calçada tiles and Mediterranean shrubbery. A 20 minute walk leads you to restaurants, traditional shops and the boat to the golden sands and vibrant waters of Tavira Beach Island.

The villa interior is tastefully furnished, with bright and spacious rooms. The bedrooms occupy the entire first floor of the villa, with 1 king size room and 3 twin bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower suite, with the 4th bedroom having access to a separated shower room. Follow the stairs to the upper second floor and enjoy the amazing views – perfect for star gazing at night. The ground floor open-plan living space includes a 5th shower room /Guest WC and a well-equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, with a large range of utensils and good quality appliances, accompanied by a large dining table for 8 guests. The L shape floor design then blends into the lounge with 2 softly cushioned sofas and an open fire place, ideal for winter lets. Daytime sun beams through the large patio windows running the entire length of the lounge area and lead to a shaded dining table with elegant rattan seating. Sneak around the corner to find the second dining opportunity, with a traditional brick barbecue and an adjoining food preparation area, all nestled under a floral pergola providing a pretty and picturesque al-fresco experience. Sunbeds are provided around the pool, which has super dimensions of 6m x 12 m, with small steps leading through the shrubs to the large, green grassy garden space of 1500m2. The entire property is securely gated, so completely private and safe for children to play.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. All bedrooms are on the first floor, with access only by staircase. There are 2 steps to the front door. Securely gated parking is available inside the property grounds.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
