Conveniently, a back door leads to the outdoor dining area, all creating the perfect environment where budding holiday chefs can create their culinary delights.

Bedroom: Continuing on the ground floor, from the entrance hall on your right, you'll find a guest bedroom thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features a comfortable king size bed with private bathroom for added convenience.

This is a private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor, with two bedrooms on the first floor. There are no steps leading to the villa, but there are stairs to the first floor bedrooms. Parking within the residential zone, in front of the house.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.

• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
