The cosy interior offers its visitors a comfortable stay. With a single level layout, the accommodation flows easily from the open plan lounge/diner through to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances and leads to the living room with large patio windows adorned by a pool view balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or a sundowner or two! The 2 bedrooms comprise a master double room with a private bathroom and a twin bedroom with an adjoining shared shower room. An internal staircase leads to the hidden secret of this apartment - the spacious sunny terrace with its stunning views and 2 divisions, 1 front facing and 1 rear facing, ideal for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The condominium has a beautiful large swimming pool, securely gated for resident use only. Surrounded by deking and lovely grassy spaces, the outdoor space offers a haven for children to play and swim.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has an internal staircase. Private parking is available on the nearby street, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
