This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is elevate ground floor with stairs or elevator access, and has a private parking space.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are available on request.
