This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom house with all rooms conveniently located on the ground floor. There are no steps within the house. Parking is available on local streets, without a charge. The apartment is part of a larger building , and the property owner resides on the first floor, Entrances to each dwelling sector are private and there will be no intrusion to your privacy during your stay.
**Please note that there is no outside sitting space with this apartment, and Air Conditioning features only in the bedroom facility.
