ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. Access to the apartment can be made by avoiding the main entrance and using a side entrance without stairs by the gym. Note that the short cut to the town centre has steps. But these can also be avoided by suing the longer route to town. (1km) or very easy in an uber!

• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,
