A security deposit of EUR 500 is required and will be refunded after inspection at the end of the stay. A final cleaning fee of EUR 420 applies. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 22:00, and check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 11:00. The villa’s cancellation policy provides a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, with a 50% refund for cancellations made more than 15 days in advance.
