The villa boasts a master bedroom adorned with a cozy double bed, which leads out onto a charming sun terrace. Additionally, there is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds and a well-appointed bathroom with a bath/shower combination.

Descending to the lower level, you'll discover a third bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom equipped with a bath/shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and a convenient laundry room. The spacious living room, complete with internet TV, is perfect for relaxation. Its patio doors open onto a sun terrace, where you can relish in outdoor dining with a built-in BBQ and a private solar-heated pool. For those cooler months, electric pool heating is available at an additional cost.
