Immerse yourself in a unique experience with our community pool, from A&N we cannot guarantee an opening and closing date for the pool, as it depends on the owners' community, and a paddle tennis court to enjoy during your stay.

Strategically located on the ground floor and in the corner of the building, our apartment has a spacious U-shaped terrace, surrounded by sun throughout the day. The perfect place to enjoy the warm climate and radiant sun of the Costa del Sol!

Inside, you will find two bedrooms for a restful rest: the main one with a double bed and its own bathroom, and the second with two single beds. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The spacious living-dining room includes a comfortable double sofa bed for additional guests.

For your convenience, we offer air conditioning, wifi and a secure parking space.

Remember that pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment. Additionally, we offer an airport transportation service for an additional supplement.

Due to the drought in the area, take into account the possible daily water cuts from 23:00 to 8:00, according to municipal regulations.
