From the living room, you can access the private terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the promenade, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the apartment has air conditioning for added comfort. Additionally, you'll have access to a seasonal community pool during the summer months, subject to the rules of the community.
