Ideal for family vacations or a relaxing getaway, the complex features a community pool open year-round (managed by the homeowners' association) and a playground for the little ones.

The apartment, located on the fourth floor, is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With a capacity for up to five people, it has two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The living-dining room, which includes a single sofa bed, is a perfect space to relax and enjoy moments together, with direct access to a private terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and Torre del Mar.

Additionally, the accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. It also features free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the basement of the building for one vehicle, allowing you to enjoy a worry-free stay.

It is important to mention that due to the extreme drought affecting the region, there are scheduled water cuts from midnight to 7:00 [hidden] However, the building is equipped with a water tank to minimize the impact of these cuts, provided water is used responsibly.
