AT007 Martineta: Two bedroom apartment in the beach area of Torredembarra at 150 meters from the beach 'La Paella', next to the marina and the town center. The apartment has a small american kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed for two), one bathroom with a bathtube and dining-room with air conditioner and a nice terrace with garden furniture of approximately 10 square meters of surface. There is a shared pool (open from Easter to the end of October) and a private parking place, which is included in the rental price. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.

A la demande de notre hôte, nous lui avons transmis des éléments écrits et étayés avec des photos pour permettre de constater un manque certain de qualité de la prestation, mais également les dangers existants (décharge électrique avec l'électroménager, branchement électrique dangereux, trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain, odeur de remontée d'égouts, échelle lit jumeaux cassé…).A ce jour, tous ces éléments sont restés sans réponse.L’appartement est très mal entretenu et trop cher par rapport aux prestations proposées. Peu d'équipements à disposition, manque d'information sur l'utilisation des équipements de l'appartement. Equipements plus que vieillissant avec présence de rouille sur le frigo.Les photos sur l’annonce sont visiblement anciennes et ne correspondent pas à l’état actuel de l’appartement.En espérant que nos échanges avec notre hôte permettront d'améliorer la qualité de ce logement et que la prestation soit en adéquation avec le prix.
