It is a residential complex on the seafront with a lovely community area with 4 swimming pools (two large and the other two for children) open from june to september, a pine tree that offers a very pleasant shade during the summer months and a direct door to the promenade (which is exculcably pedestrian) and to the beach. The accommodation has a living-dining room, a well-equipped separate kitchen (including a dishwasher), three double bedrooms with a total of one double bed and four single beds, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). The terrace has garden furniture and views of the community area with pool and side view of the beach. For more comfort, the accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. The rental price includes a private parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
