Description of the accommodation

AT068 Mediterrani: Duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a communal pool, with the possibility of barbecue, just 95m from La Paella beach. The accommodation has two double bedrooms on the first floor (one with 2 single beds and the other with a single bed and a trundle bed), one of them with an en-suite bathroom, another bathroom, a well-equipped separate kitchen (including a dishwasher ) and a living room with access to the terrace that has garden furniture and an awning and overlooks the communal area with pool. Going up to the second floor we find a living room with its kitchenette, the third double bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom. From here there is access to the solarium terrace with garden furniture, awning and a metal barbecue, where you can enjoy meals in the shade in the open air. For more comfort, all rooms have ducted air conditioning. The apartment also has two private spaces in the underground parking lot of the building. All services are within walking distance (the supermarket, the restaurants on the beach, the historic and commercial center of the town, etc...) Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.

L' atenció de l'agència ha estat inmillorable.La finca té una ubicació Excel.lent i uns veïns agradables i correctes, que han ajudat a gaudir de les vacances. La piscina, cal millorar els desperfectes del terra.
